The M28840/16 type plug features a wire sealing grommet for superior protection in harsh environments. Strain relief backshells are required to protect from cable tension. Covers are recommended to protect contacts and coupling threads from damage or debris. Compatible with MIL-DTL-28840 receptacle connectors.
